  • Can I still access the legacy Enquete platform and my existing survey data?

    Yes. Enterprise and existing customers can continue accessing the legacy Enquete platform without losing any historical data.

    All previously created surveys, responses, and exports remain securely available. A direct link to the legacy login page is provided for uninterrupted business continuity.

  • Why can't I log in to my Enquete account?

    Login issues are typically caused by:

    • Incorrect email or password
    • An unverified email address
    • Attempting to log in to the wrong environment (legacy vs. new platform)

    If your email is not verified, a "Verify Email" option will appear after a failed login attempt. Simply confirm your email to activate full access.

    For enterprise accounts with SSO or multi-user setups, contact your internal administrator or our support team.

  • My survey has disappeared. How can I recover it?

    In most cases, surveys are created under a different email address or workspace.

    Please verify:

    • You are logged into the correct account
    • You are using the correct organization/workspace
    • You are accessing the correct platform (legacy vs. new)

    If needed, our support team can assist with account recovery.

  • How do I reset my password?

    Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. A secure password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

    For enterprise users with SSO authentication, password resets are managed through your identity provider.

  • How can I permanently delete my Enquete account?

    1. Log in to your account
    2. Go to Account Settings
    3. Click on Deactivate Account to see instruction on how to Delete Account

    Please note: Account deletion permanently removes all surveys and response data in accordance with GDPR data deletion standards.

    Enterprise customers should contact support before deletion to ensure compliance with internal retention policies.

  • Are Enquete surveys anonymous?

    Yes — surveys are anonymous by default. Anonymity is preserved unless:

    • You collect identifying information (name, email, employee ID, etc.)
    • You distribute surveys using personalized email invitations
    • You enable response tracking features

    When using email campaigns, responses can be linked to specific recipients for performance analytics and follow-up workflows.

  • Can I display different questions based on respondents' answers?

    Yes. Enquete supports advanced survey logic (skip logic & branching). This allows you to:

    You can identify respondents by:

    1. Adding identification fields within the survey (name, email, ID, etc.)

  • How do I create multilingual surveys?

    To create multilingual surveys:

    1. Create your master survey
    2. Duplicate the survey
    3. Change the language in settings

    System interface texts are automatically translated. Custom questions and answers must be translated manually.

  • Does Enquete store incomplete survey responses?

    Yes. If a respondent exits mid-survey:

    • All completed pages are saved
    • Partial responses are recorded

    You can filter completed vs. incomplete responses in your dashboard or exports.
